I just finished reading this and REALLY liked it. I don't know if it was just the mood I was in, or if it just surpassed my low expectations (the title did put me off at first), but I cried & laughed through the whole book.
Oh and I wish I was more like Elizabeth Mckenna. You will understand after reading. ;)

We're reading it for book club this month, so hearing that you liked it makes me excited to read it. I've heard lots of people have liked it.

ummmmmm so, i was so excited to see that you posted, and i was even more excited to see that you posted about a good book. hooo-raaay. i'm going to go buy it tomorrow. since mike leaves to az on sunday. how i wish you were still my ndn (next door neighbor). at least youre still my bff (best friend forever).
