Ho Ho Ho...
So the month of December has been a little crazy so far. Christmas parties, work trips to Vegas, shopping, shoveling snow, getting my car stuck in the snow, etc. etc.
I haven't blogged in a while, but since I'm so incredibly bored today (and my son is watching elmo, due to his diarrhea- induced craziness), I decided I would share a sad yet embarrassing story.
So today in Walmart my son was freaking out as I went grocery shopping. He's that kid in the store that everyone scowls at because he screams SO LOUD. (a couple actually approached me once and told me their fears of being pregnant with a boy, after witnessing my son's behavior no doubt. I just wished them good luck. haha).
Anyway, when I went to go pay for said groceries, Bryant got so mad that he threw his toy car and it hit the lady in front of us. I was so mortified. What do you do when your kid does something like that in public? Especially in a situation where you can't leave? Oh the horror.
I pretty much mumbled an apology and ran out of the store (bright red I might add).
Any advice?
Anywho, I hope you are all having a wonderful holiday season (with happy content non-tantrum throwing children :)
Love,
Becca

been there so many times! this week in fact. sam was totally happy and jacksons yelling "you need a time out mommy!" full on screaming and crying. no advice but while you feel all alone in the moment i dare say no mother has ever escaped that moment.
I love you Becca recka. So freaking much. No advice here- just keep being the awesome mom you are.
Ps Ellie threw a gross sticky slobbery lollipop at the cashier at target once. "here, let me wipe that sticky goo off your face before I swipemy credit card." it sucked. Bad.
um, that sucks. I feel for ya. Although, I wish I could have seen it, because that's awesome! :-) Love ya!
Sydney's just started throwing tantrums. I watch my sweet baby morph into a total monster. We haven't reached the throwing things at total strangers but she does like to scratch at my face and pinch me. I'd like to hear this advice! Good Luck with yours!
