Nesting

They say that when women are pregnant that they undergo many changes, both physical and psychological. One of these psychological phenomena is known as nesting. Much like a mother bird, soon-to-be-mothers begin the arduous process of preparing a home for their expected young. An online photo search led me to discover an interesting trend... Mother-bird is always alone with her nest while Father-bird is always away. Perhaps he got tired of looking at cribs and blanket sets on the internet??? Naww, that couldn't be it...
Here is a picture I took of Becca and her new favorite way of killing time at home...

Ha! I can't even tell you how many hundreds of hours I spent looking at baby things online. Even though Mia is almost 5 months old, I still feel obligated to look at the babies and kids section on craigslist. Everyday in fact. Good luck with that. Anyway, I hope that all is well. Having a baby is the best! (Well, maybe not the actual action of HAVING , but being a mommy (or daddy). It was fun to see your blog!
